In order to join our team at the Tom White Group, there are a couple of simple requirements.
Before I get to those requirements, please note that you will need a real estate license to join us. So, if you don’t already have yours, you’ll need to take care of that step before moving forward.
Now, let’s move on to the two other requirements:
1. You need to have the drive to prospect. At a minimum, our sales agents are required to prospect for two hours a day. Preferably, they should be prospecting even more. Agents who don’t prospect don’t sell as much real estate, and we really want our agents to succeed.
2. You need to have our core values. Our core values are described by the acronym HEART, which stands for humble, encouraging, accountable, reliable, and teamwork.
