Homeowners: Fall is on its way! That means there are a few home maintenance projects you’ll want to tackle before the season officially arrives. Here’s a quick checklist of tasks to accomplish:

    1. Check all your windows and doors for leaks. Make sure everything is sealed correctly to prevent cold air from seeping in and hot air from seeping out.

    2. Service your HVAC system. If you haven’t had it serviced recently, I strongly recommend that you do so this year.

    3. Check for pipe leaks. Take a quick walk through your house and look for any wet areas that might suggest you have leaking pipes, which you don’t ever want but especially not in the colder months.

    4. Check your exterior. Walk around the outside of your home and make sure that no tree branches are touching the roof, your fences are sealed, and that your hose bibs aren’t leaking.

If you need an expert to help you with any of these tasks, I’d be happy to recommend a few trusted ones that I’ve worked with in the past. Just reach out and give me a call or send an email!
