    There are several reasons why you should join the Tom White Group, but today, I’d like to talk about one in particular: making the most money possible.

    I’m absolutely committed to having you make the most money possible, and the way that I do that is fairly simple.

    The first thing to do is making sure that you’re participating in money-making activities. This means being around clients, speaking with clients, sitting at the closing table with clients, showing homes, or helping clients sell homes. You’ll be doing this a lot, and you’ll be doing it with the very best.

    The second thing we’ll do is train you. We have the No. 1 buyer’s agent on our team—I don’t know anybody who sold more homes on the buy side than my partner, Joey Gonzalez. He and I have sold a tremendous amount of homes, and we have another agent who has listed probably more homes than anybody in San Antonio.

    When you train with the best, you’re going to become the best. With that training and the leads that we give you, you’ll learn how to work those leads and learn our accountability system so that you can make more money.

    And we get results. Two-thirds of our agents last year sold more than 40 homes.
