When people ask me what a typical day looks like on our team, I think it’s such a funny question. Most people will answer that every day is different and there is no typical day, but if you think about that, it’s pretty scary.
I get that there are a lot of different things that happen in a real estate career, but what you probably want is stability. That’s what we try to do here at the Tom White Group. We start our days by working together and having stable patterns in order to create stable wealth.
People typically arrive at the office from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. By 9 a.m., our agents are prospecting for new clients while also following up with past leads. This is where we get so much business and it’s an important thing to structure into our days every day.
On Mondays, we do a lot of one-on-one coaching, and on most afternoons, we typically go on appointments to meet with leads.
