Accountability is extremely important at the Tom White Group. Simply put, I will not let you fail. Real estate is different. Most agents are independent contractors. When they aren’t on a team, nine out of 10 agents fail. When you don’t have someone holding you accountable, sometimes you don’t do the actions you’re supposed to.
We hold each other accountable as a team because we have really big dreams and really big goals. What that means is when we prospect, everyone prospects together and we pay attention to how much each person prospects. When we talk with our clients, we’re making sure we’re speaking the best way possible. This helps everyone in the Tom White Group succeed more.
Finally, we hold weekly and quarterly accountability meetings. If you’re competitive, if you want to do better, and if you want to succeed, you’d do well on our team.
