The statistics from the summer real estate market for San Antonio came out in June, and they are definitely pretty good. Take a look:

So far, we have had a 3% increase in sales, a 6% increase in the average price, and a 5% increase in the median price from last year.

Our average price in San Antonio is $273,000. Can you believe that? We are seeing a moderate increase over the last few years. This is normal, even according to Lorena Pena, board chairman for San Antonio Board of REALTORS.

We still have very low inventory. With our days on market averaging only 51 days, our inventory is sitting at 3.6 months. This means that we are still in a seller’s market.

With low interest rates, it is also a great time to buy. These current conditions mean that we are getting the best of both worlds.

With our days on market averaging only 51 days, our inventory is sitting at 3.6 months.
